For two residential developments sold by Wise Real Estate, still at the plan and render stage, I took the existing 3D renders and turned them into video campaigns made entirely with AI.
Each render was refined until it read as a real photograph, with natural light, believable materials and the building set into its actual surroundings, and then given movement, so that a fixed image became a sequence a client can walk through with the eye.

Each campaign was built around its own concept. The first plays on a reveal, with the building wrapped like a monument about to be unveiled and lifted into view over the city it will belong to. The second tells the story of the project from the ground up, opening with an aerial view of the real location, marking out the plot, and then following the building as it rises across several shots, moving from day to night, through humanised floor plans, and finally to a woman walking on one of the balconies, giving the development a sense of the life it will hold. In both, the architecture stayed faithful to the original design throughout.
Video has become the most compelling way to present a project, and with AI it can be produced from the renders an atelier already has, in far less time and at a much lower cost than a traditional 3D animation, giving clients and partners the chance to see the building as it will stand, while it still exists only on paper.
