For this project I worked on the post-production of a corporate film for HCI Construções, created mainly from aerial footage that captured the scale and precision of their work. The video was produced for a presentation at the LNEC Lisbon Conference, showcasing several of the company’s major projects. I handled everything from editing and colour grading to sound design and motion graphics, shaping a clean and cohesive visual flow that connected all the featured sites.
Two of the sites couldn’t be filmed by drone because they were too close to the airport, so the client only had still photographs. Instead of just animating the photos in a simple way, I used generative AI to bring them to life, adding subtle motion that made them blend seamlessly with the rest of the footage.

What I love about this project is how a small creative solution made such a difference. Using AI here wasn’t about adding something artificial, it was about keeping the story flowing naturally. The client couldn’t believe those shots were actually photos, and that moment of surprise made the whole process worth it.
